I got this keyboard because I'm often working or gaming at night and really need some extra light up to see the keys. Although the letters are not illuminated it does light it up enough for me to work with it. The keyboard design itself is really modern. It has some nice sculpted edges on the top and bottom. To turn the keyboard backlights ON you have to hit the 'Scroll Lock' key.

Otherwise it looks just like a regular keyboard. Both the mouse and keyboard were plug and play. It took a minute or two for the installation to be complete, both are USB. The mouse is lighted and when both are connected and on they look awesome.

Especially since I have light up speakers that match. The Mouse has a DPI button on top and has 2 main buttons the right and left click. The buttons on the. This is, without a doubt, the best backlit keyboard I have owned, and one of the best all-around keyboards I have ever had.First, a little background: As a computer programmer and gamer, my keyboard is essential to my livelihood and entertainment.

Light Up Keyboard And Mouse Combo

I have had a few backlit keyboards from other manufacturers in the past, and they have always had something wrong with them-unresponsive, poor lighting, strange key arrangements, or just far too expensive to justify the purchase. I need a full keyboard that would provides clear, sufficient lighting for those late-night gaming/coding sessions, or just when it is a cloudy day and the light is low in my office. I ordered this because it was the only backlit keyboard that was a full, non-compact design that was not outrageously expensive. I was skeptical since it had no reviews and I could find no. I ordered this keyboard since I work at home early in the mornings and my undershelf is rather dark. I had installed an led light but it really wasn't sufficient for my needs. I also do not touch type so I have to be able to see the keys.

This is the perfect keyboard for me. The letters are nice and big and they are also quite bright without being annoying. The light is even across the keyboard without dark areas near the edges that I expected.

My only complaint is that the hot key images are rather small and hard to see. Not that I use them often. Would I recommend this board? You can't beat the price which makes it a great value. Also the tri-color is a nice added touch.

Just pick the one your most comfortable with. HAVIT LED Backlit Wired Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo is a nice keyboard and mouse that is a plug n play devices for easy installation. They are both well constructed and come with lights that are different colors. The mouse is easy to use. Love the pattern on the mouse gives it a cool gaming feel to it. It works like a regular mouse but also has two buttons on the left side for easier use when using for gaming. The mouse has a braided cord so it won't tangle or not and is a very nice length works by USB. The wheel and button are easy to use. The lights can change or be on one color with the push of the button on top.

It is a very soft and quality mouse. The laser sensor allows for smooth and accurate use and makes game. I chose this keyboard to replace my very standard, non-gaming keyboard. The Good:Easy to Setup, controls are intuitive to figure out. (My five year old could easily figure out how to change the color scheme.)Keys have a good snap to them and respond well.Sleep mode is nice and easy to remedy if the lights turn off on you. If you are actively using the keyboard it will remain lit.The Bad:The keys only seem to be partially lit depending on where the LED is, which could make things troublesome. The layout on the keyboard takes some getting used to, a standard QWERTY keyboard is laid out a little differently and if you are a touch-typist it will make for some frustrating times as you train your hands to adjust.Random key sticking, I had the spacebar on my keyboard glitch out.

This made it. This is the Best wireless Keyboard I've owned. The range is phenomenal, measured 25 feet from computer and was still working. Was only limited by the walls in my home and viewing angle.

My old setup used a puck receiver and had only a 12 inch range. The lighted keyboard function is awesome! It's easy to see and use, especially in the dark. Keyboard light can be adjusted for very bright - very dim to off. Tried to attach picture but not sure it does the keyboard the justice it deserves.I also purchased the G700s Rechargable Gaming Mouse at the same time.

Logitech makes great products but I have never seen them couple their high end products together. If you Need a good Keyboard and Mouse combo, I recommend these two products. The 'Unifying' function couldn't be easier, it truly is 'Plug and Play'. This would have been five stars, but I received a bad keyboard initially.

It functioned, but it was bad. Read on:After a poor review of the first keyboard I received, ChallengerUSA contacted me to get the board replaced. Now that I have the new one, my first review is no longer accurate.I had three (plus one) requirements of a keyboard, and this met all of them.1) Backlit. Back lighting is great for this keyboard2) Low-profile. Love low-profile/chiclet-style keyboards, but they don't seem to be super popular.3) Media controls. As with backlighting, media controls are great, really just essential for any gaming keyboard. The 'plus one' requirement is that the keyboard MUST type well! I thought that was tacit since a keyboard's sole design should revolve around a pleasant typing experience.

The backlight colors are bright. Even in daylight I can see it lit up (not super bright, but I can definitely tell that it's lit). As someone who often works late at night, there are times that I would either have to shine a light directly on the keyboard so that I could find a particular key (i.e.

One of the symbols) so I could find a key or else place my hands in the usual 'typing position' on the keyboard so I would know exactly where the keys were, this makes a world of difference! My downside is all related to being a type by touch person. If you can't do this, then you'll have no problems. For me, though, I am taking away a star because as someone who types by touch (as opposed to needing to physically look at the keys at all times).

Good build quality and cool backlight options but there are a few hindrances that keep this keyboard from being a strong contender. If placed on a hard surface it will slide around a lot and it doesn't come with any padded feet to rectify this. The most egregious thing however, is the lack of ability to control when the keyboard goes to sleep. While it's nice that it tries to save battery life, it is still way too conservative for daily use.

After less then then 5 minutes it will disconnect. Then you have to press a key to wake it up and while the manual says this only take 1-2 seconds I have counted close to 10 from the time I hit the key till it reconnects and is actually ready to type. Just wish there was a way to adjust this sleep system to however minutes you want.
